Tevyra integrates with your tools through modules. Each module lets you centralize data from a tool, perform actions, and track indicators — all from your Tevyra dashboard.

Available modules

Identity

Active Directory

Synchronize your users, groups, and computers. Create accounts, reset passwords.

Requires: Tevyra Proxy

Ticketing

Freescout

Track your support tickets, manage mailboxes. Create, assign, and close tickets.

Connection: direct or via Proxy

Productivity

Microsoft 365

Manage your Microsoft 365 users, groups, and licenses. Enable or disable accounts.

Requires: Tevyra Proxy

Monitoring

Zabbix

Monitor your hosts and alerts. Acknowledge problems, manage maintenance.

Connection: direct or via Proxy

How to install a module

  1. Go to Settings > App Store
  2. Click Install next to the desired module
  3. Configure connection settings (URL, credentials...)
  4. Test the connection then activate the module

Connection modes

Direct connection

Tevyra connects directly to your tool via the Internet. Suitable for cloud-hosted or publicly accessible services (hosted Freescout, exposed Zabbix API, etc.).

Via Proxy

The Tevyra Proxy is an agent installed in your network. It connects internal tools not accessible from the Internet (Active Directory, Zabbix on-premise, etc.). The proxy only communicates outbound — no inbound port required.
